Liz Locke has been the Electronic Resources Coordinator for the Palm Beach County Library System since 2012, focusing on increasing digital literacy in Palm Beach County through technology training and access to digital information. She is also responsible for the Foundation Center Funding information Network collection at the PBCLS, and delivers training programs geared toward developing and expanding the leadership and capacity of nonprofit organizations, including those with a focus on fundraising. Liz is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Boca Raton and was the first grant librarian at the Vegso Community Resource Center.
