Please note that due to Hurricane Irma, this workshop has been postponed to a date TBD.

You're looking for individual donors, but where do you begin? This workshop will provide guidance on how you compile a list of potential donors, the strategies to use when conducting research, what information is relevant, and what sources are available on the Internet. We’ll also discuss ethical standards that must be applied when gathering information about individuals. Audience: All levels of staff engaged in donor identification.

Presented by Liz Locke. Liz Locke has been the Electronic Resources Coordinator for the Palm Beach County Library System since 2012, focusing on increasing digital literacy in Palm Beach County through technology training and access to digital information. Liz is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Boca Raton and was the first grant librarian at the Vegso Community Resource Center.
