If you've ever asked: how well am I measuring my program's effectiveness? Am I measuring to outcomes? This presentation will strengthen your understanding of measuring change, reasons to focus on outcomes, how to develop strong evaluation metrics, and what to do with your results. Participants will learn: examples of best practices, indicators of success and available resources to develop strong programs to maximize impact.

After spending nearly a decade in public health, Jennice Chewlin launched Chewlin & Associates to provide clients with tailored services in key areas such as program planning and implementation, evaluation metrics, health education and grant writing. She is dedicated to health promotion & education and has been a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) since 2010, credentialed by National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. She has worked on a multitude of health and social issues, including tobacco prevention, youth development, nutrition and fitness, and behavioral health. Her experience across non-profits, service organizations and government agencies have provided her with unique insight into community improvement. Jennice Chewlin completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University & Master in Public Health from Barry University.
